Thank you for your interest in a Church Team missions trip. Short-term missions trips have a tremendous impact not only on the people being ministered to, but also on the teams and their home churches. We look forward to serving you as you embark on this great missions experience.
Please contact the U.S. MAPS office to establish a team project, dates and team skills that are needed.
An Individual or Team Application form must be completed and returned to the U.S. MAPS office at least 2 weeks prior to leaving for your assignment.
Each member of the team must sign an return the Assumption of Risk, Code of Conduct and Insurance Election form prior to the teams departure. The insurance is $3.00 per day per member, from the day you leave until the day you return. All these forms must be in the U.S. MAPS office at least 2 weeks before departure in order to receive World Ministries Giving Credit.
The team leader should communicate with the U.S. MAPS office to be sure all paperwork is processed prior to departure.
