It's that time again! My team and I are looking forward to seeing each of you at the 2018 RV Convention. We are believing God to move in big ways during our time together.
Once again, the convention will be held at the Lake Williamson Christian Center in Carlinville, Illinois.
If this is your first time to attend the national RV convention, please join us for the 1st general session on Saturday, September 29th, from 2:00-4:00 in the auditorium. You will meet the national U.S. MAPS team, as well as receive information that will help you not only this week, but through the rest of the year. All current & prospective RVers are invited encouraged as well! We also include a time for Q&A.
The annual tool show will be held on Wednesday from 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. If you've never participated in the tool show, you will want to bring your money!(they also take cards) Team Tools will bring their new tools to display and sell. This is a great time to pick up new equipment.
The auction is on Wednesday morning. If you'd like to include something in the auction, please bring usable and sellable items as a donation to auditorium on Tuesday evening. If your item is valuable, please include a written description. The proceeds from the auction helps to further the RV ministry around the United States. I am blown away by the generosity of our people! Seriously—pies have sold for $600!

The dress code for the convention is casual for the duration of the convention. However, we do have a few fun nights where you'll want to dress up!
Monday evening is our super hero night. This is a fun theme evening, so bring out your super apparel! Biblical or otherwise.
RVers wishing to display their crafts for sale may do so at no cost. Tables are only available to those who send in their craft table application before September 15, 2018. Set up will be after 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, September 29, and will need to be torn down after 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 4.
If you would like to reserve a craft table, please e-mail the firstname.lastname@example.org or call (417) 862–2781, ext. 1391. Tables will have a card with your name on it. Tables must be reserved in advance (prior to September 15).
The Lake Williamson Christian Center welcomes pets to the convention. However, pets are not allowed in any of the buildings and must be leashed and walked in the designated areas near the parked RVs.
Bringing Your RV?
Lake Williamson Christian Center has RV hook-ups available on-site, and some gravel pads. The LWCC also has grassy picnic areas, an indoor swimming pool, racquetball and horseshoe courts available for you to use. Hook-up fees for Saturday, September 29 through Friday, October 5, are included in the registration fee.
If you plan to work on-site at LWCC before or after the convention, you must be approved by the U.S. MAPS office prior to your arrival on-site. You will need to pay an additional $10 per day for each additional day you stay on property unless you are staying to work on the property. (You will pay when you arrive at Lake Williamson Christian Center.)
A parking attendant will be on-site to assist you from Wednesday afternoon, September 26 and direct you to your site. Please be patient! Parking attendants will have the names of those who have registered for the convention.
If you don't plan on staying in your RV, Lake Williamson Christian Center has a motel on-site. The room rate is $69.75 per night. To book a room, please contact LWCC directly at (800) 500–5922 after July 1. (Please note: motel fees are not included in the registration fee.)
Registration (Until August 10) $100 / per person
Late Registration (After August 10) $125 / per person
You can register for the RV Convention on-site from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. in the Auditorium.
The registration fee includes hook-up fees (for the duration of the convention), services, workshops, Sunday lunch, breakfast Monday through Thursday, dinner on Monday and Wednesday evenings, and the special events (Wednesday evening and the ladies' afternoon event).
If you are unable to attend the RV Convention and need to cancel your registration, you will receive a full refund until September 1. No refunds after September 1. Refunds will be sent by mail after the convention
